Leading independent financial planning company sees improvements in all areas with Zoho CRM
A leading IFA that deals in wealth management and mortgage advice, Entire FS have to deal with large volumes of new business enquiries “whilst ensuring compliance requirements were still met and high levels of service delivered to our clients.”
They needed to streamline their processes and wanted to be able to report on new business and sales conversions to improve the business for future growth.

Having gone from an industry specific system that was too restrictive for their needs, to trying an alternative CRM system, a business partner of Entire FS recommended that they use JCM.
“Having a personal contact who came to our office to review our circumstances and help set up the system was very reassuring and would have saved us hours which we didn’t have learning and setting up a new system we found ourselves. This gave us confidence. It also happened to be a cheaper system than an alternative we had looked at.”
Initially we implemented Zoho CRM which is used by each team member on a daily basis. This has now grown to involve such Zoho Apps as Motivator, Docs and Vaults.
Since implementing Zoho in it’s various forms, Entire FS have seen improvements in most aspects of the business. They are able to better understand their leads through detailed reporting, leading to better quality leads and have reduced time between order enquiry and order confirmation, saving time for all members of the team.
“Improvements in our process allowed us to take on more business, extra staff and advisers which has all allowed us to increase the company turnover.” adds Glyn. “Removing the duplication has given the team more time to speak to the clients which has improved the feedback reviews our clients have left for us online.”
Business managers are now able to meet and very quickly access business strengths and areas of improvement, which allows the whole team to adapt and react very quickly.
