“We needed a system that could be accessed by multiple users from various locations, rather than a single PC (we used Microsoft Access as a CRM).
The main draw for us was the accounts package integration.” Explains Michael Davies, Business Development Manager.


Martin found JCM through an online search and decided to choose us because, “[JCM] Understood what we wanted” and were “not too pushy”.
Following from initial mapping and planning sessions, we provided MedEquus with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, configured and adapted to meet their unique requirements.

“Our business is quite unique and the fact that modules could be customised to our individual needs was a big bonus.”


As a result, MedEquus have increased efficiency, allowing for a high customer retention rate and have seen significant cost savings due to a reduce in paperwork. They are also able to “Breakdown sales by category which is excellent for analysis at the end of our financial year”.
Implementation of workflows and automation have meant that Martin is now able to create “effortless” VAT returns, chase payments and create debtors lists easily as well as making it easier for suppliers to deal with MedEquus through Purchase Orders.
A big feature for the MedEquus team has been the automated email service provided by Zoho CRM. This has resulted in an 80% response rate to all Equipment Service Reminders sent out to clients.


Moving Forward:
JCM continue to work with MedEquus on a technical support basis, allowing their highly-configured system to continue evolving as they themselves grow as a business.
