Meet the Team - Sara Moran, MD

Sara is the steady hand behind the day-to-day running of JCM. As Managing Director, she oversees operations, projects and client relationships, making sure everything behind the scenes works exactly as it should.

No two days look the same. Mornings often begin with mapping out priorities from her inbox, followed by a mix of internal business development meetings, account management calls with long-standing clients and conversations with new prospects. Sara thrives on keeping momentum moving, for the team and for the businesses JCM supports.

Before joining JCM, Sara built her career as a Project Manager. It was during maternity leave, after the birth of her daughter, that she realised she wanted something different. Having grown up around the business, and after plenty of encouragement from her Dad and sister, she made the move into JCM, a decision that’s now spanned over 11 years.

At the heart of Sara’s leadership style is something the team fondly call “Sara Care.” She sees her role as being an anchor for clients, the person who makes sure they feel heard, supported and reassured that everything is in safe hands. What she enjoys most is helping people move from frustration to relief, as the JCM team works hard behind the scenes to identify and develop solutions that genuinely make life easier.

Carrying forward the legacy her Dad, Chris Moran built comes with responsibility, but also immense pride. Working alongside her sister Elle and leading a close-knit team she describes as the “JCM Family” is something she values deeply.

Outside of work, Sara never sits still. And her love for live music, a passion she shares with Elle, means they have an impressive back catalogue of gigs between them. Any spare time is spent by the seaside, often in Anglesey, where you’ll find her on the beach with her children until sunset.

And if you visit the office at the right moment, you might even witness JCM’s legendary silent disco power hour, headphones on, disco ball out, and the team powering through their to-do lists together.

Because for Sara, business isn’t just about delivery.
It’s about care, connection and making people’s working lives better.
