80% of care sector provision in the UK is undertaken by small, private businesses, often with fewer than ten workers. Simon Crowther, Care Skilled’s Managing Director, was first introduced to the Zoho system by his brother, a professional photographer. The business sectors may be different but some elements of the software certainly had universal appeal.
One such example is Zoho’s project management function.
As Care Skilled is a company built on an associate model, there’s a significant amount of project and workflow management involved in working remotely with 20 different clinicians and quality experts across the country. It made sense, therefore, that Care Skilled called on JCM’s support in process mapping to help implement the new CRM.
