If you’ve been living under a rock (and who would blame you in 2020!), Marie Kondo’s book, The Lifechanging Magic of Tidying Up, and her viral Netflix series, introduced us all to the KonMari method. The method of tidying things by categories, rather than locations.
Now while the true KonMari categories (clothes/books/miscellaneous/sentimental), don’t quite apply to a CRM system, we’ve taken inspiration and created 4 categories of our own to help you clean, declutter and organise your CRM!

Each week throughout the month of March, we’ll be focusing on 1 category at a time, giving you tips, tricks, and training videos on how to work through your CRM system, declutter and spring clean!
Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect each week to look like:
Category 1 – Data Cleanse
Week 1 will be all about how to sort through, clean out and organise the data in your Zoho CRM by using Filters, Mass Actions like Delete and Update, Deduplication, and Custom Views.
Category 2 – Communication
Week 2 is about making sure you’ve got the right communications set up, now that you have clean, shiny data! We’ll be looking at email syncing and set up, email templates and Zoho Campaigns Integration.
Category 3 – Processes
Week 3 we’ll be helping you look at your processes and update them if needed. How do you make your newly organised Zoho CRM work with your business processes?
Category 4 – Workflows and Automation
The final week will be about reviewing and creating workflows to automate your processes! We’ll show you how to create a workflow from scratch and how to amend existing ones to fit new processes.
